The safety and health of our clinical providers, as well as the members we see every day, is top of mind for Matrix as the country – and the world – contends with COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We are actively monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation across the U.S. and are coordinating with our health plan and health system clients, as well as local, state and federal public health authorities to ensure the safety of clinicians, providers, members and patients across the country.

We also continue to update our guidelines and protocols to remain in line with the CDC recommendations.  We are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety and that of the members we see every day. As has been already shared, Matrix is proactively screening members during scheduling calls, confirmation calls and once again when the provider is at the member’s door.

We greatly value the work you do and when circumstances arise that require a heightened sense of precaution and safety, we want you to know that Matrix is staying on top of all developments around the spread of the virus and will continue to keep you updated as more information becomes available.

The quality of work that Matrix does is of utmost importance; each and every one of us has a responsibility to provide the best possible care to the members we see every day, even in times when our workforce is facing increasing disruptions to their routines as individuals, companies, schools and local governments implement precautions to curb the outbreak.
