Largo, Orlando, Boston and Remote Colleagues:

The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it. Take a few minutes to cuddle with your pet or with a fuzzy blanket; or go outside for a short break and breathe in fresh air – then take a picture and post it to our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter). Don’t forget to add #MatrixWellness to your posts!

Emotional Wellness:

Emotional wellness implies the ability to be aware of and accept our feelings rather than deny them, have an optimistic approach to life, and enjoy life despite its occasional disappointments and frustrations. Being emotionally well is more than just handling stress. It also involves being attentive to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, whether positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people are able to cope with life’s challenges, and though they still feel stress, anger, and sadness, they know how to manage their negative feelings.
