Keith continues to lead Matrix’s significant growth as a healthcare company and care ecosystem. He has deep experience in healthcare technology, continuous improvement and revenue cycle management, and has invested in and led startup, mature and turnaround businesses. Prior to Matrix, he founded, operated and sold a number of healthcare companies in the revenue cycle management space. Most recently, he was the founder and executive chairman of Auditz, LLC, a technology company that was sold to TransUnion. He also founded Chapin Revenue Cycle Management, which was sold to Emdeon, a leading provider of healthcare revenue and payment cycle management solutions. At Emdeon, he served as senior vice president, revenue integrity. He was also the chief investment officer for Ziegler HealthVest Partners, LLP, a venture capital fund under the Ziegler Companies umbrella. Earlier in his career, Keith worked at Tenet Healthcare in roles including vice president, strategic sourcing, and as director of operations for Tenet’s 18 hospitals in the Florida and Alabama region, giving him a deep understanding of providers and how to better serve their members. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Missouri.

Keith is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and past chairman of the Florida League of Hospitals.

He serves on the boards of LiquidCompass, Broadjump and Cura Revenue Cycle Management and is active in non-profit organizations, including Wheels of Success, Trinity Café and LifePath Hospice.
