Mr. Wyatt Campbell leads all aspects of Matrix business operations including information technology and operations, regional contact centers, clinical operations and services, production and process improvement and quality assurance.
Mr. Campbell joined Matrix in 2012, as vice president of operations and oversaw production planning and daily business operations. In this role, Mr. Campbell refined critical internal operational processes, increased effectiveness in quality service delivery and expanded contact center operations to support the company’s overall growth.
Prior to joining Matrix, Mr. Campbell was a senior manager of process improvement for USIS. His efforts to optimize efficiencies and processes at USIS led to increases in year-over-year earnings and led to approximately $7 million in cost reductions annually. Mr. Campbell also held positions at USIS that included national operations manager, quality assurance manager and district manager.
Mr. Campbell received his Master of Business Administration from Clarion University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma for Service Black Belt.
