Being emotionally well is more than just handling stress. It also involves being attentive to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, whether positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people are able to cope with life’s challenges, and though they still feel stress, anger, and sadness, they know how to manage their negative feelings.
