Being physically active is crucial to strengthening bones and muscles, reducing risk of disease and stroke, and having more energy. Likewise, filling yourself with a variety of nutrients and vitamins will not only help prevent illness, but will also keep your body functioning at its best. In addition, consistent physical activity and proper nutrition are keys to improving your overall mental wellness.
